  Your experience here all depends on the sales associate that helps you. Some were good and others just stood around staring into space, looking like they don't want to be there. Most of them don't seem to enjoy their job. As a business myself, I would never allow my staff to stand around looking unapproachable. I would put a lot of that on the manager and owner. You need to screen your employees better. I Would suggest that you use Wonderlic. It tests both personality types and intelligence. The tile is expensive but I would expect that from a speciality store.
